ABOUT THE EVENT

On April 8th, 2024 North America will get it’s second full solar eclipse in 100 years. This one is particularly special in that the time is almost twice as long as the 2016 Eclipse. Salem will see 3 minutes and 57.6 seconds of total eclipse, which is one of the
longest in Arkansas and the nation as a whole.

Attend "2024 Eclipse in the Park" in Salem (Fulton County) Arkansas. Fulton County Fairgrounds is located adjacent to the Salem City Park where many events will be held. The fairgrounds will be offering Campsite Rentals and will have a Vendor Market. 

The Fulton County Fairgrounds, 124 Arena Lane, Salem (Fulton County) Arkansas, has excellent facilities for viewing the 2024 Total Eclipse on April 8, 2024. The fairgrounds will offer a limited number of camp sites for RV's and primitive tent camping. The fairgrounds is located adjacent to the Salem City Park where many of the Eclipse Events will be held with some of the events held at the fairgrounds.
